Virus Alert

An Internet worm known as W32/Grew.A was discovered during the 3rd week of
January. The worm is also known as W32/Nyxem.D and W32.Mywife.D. The worm had spread rapidly across the globe and it infected a significant number of computers. We had alerted you about W32/Nyxem.D worm earlier.

This worm has a destructive payload. On the 3rd day of every month, the worm will overwrite important data files present in the infected computer. The worm overwrites all the files having any of the following extensions: doc, xls, pdf, ppt, pps, mdb, mde, psd, zip, rar and dmp.

It will not be possible to retrieve the original data from the overwritten
files.
